We have a new chapter in the space war between Amazon and SpaceX, David Goldman is the director of satellite policy for SpaceX, Elon Musk's company, as he has sent a letter to the US federal communications commission where he complaint about Amazon's attempt to block the new generation satellites of SpaceX's starlink constellation, this constellation has already deployed more than 1,700 satellites and is that Amazon also wants to deploy its own constellation which it calls kuiper.

At the end of July 2020, Amazon received permission to put 3,236 satellites into orbit, with an investment of close to 10 billion dollars, but according to David Goldman, Amazon is intentionally delaying information on inter-front and cross-border protection measures. Orbital debris documentation that is necessary and that affects the rest of the satellites that want to be put into orbit, so a delay in the presentation of this documentation also means delays in the putting into orbit of new Starlink satellites.

The fundamental objective of these constellations is to offer internet connection anywhere on the planet, but that requires many satellites, many more than those already in orbit, SpaceX dreams of placing 42 thousand satellites circling the earth, although the goal By the middle of this decade it would be 12 thousand satellites and but be careful, because those of SpaceX and Amazon will not be the only ones, there are other companies and nations that want to have their own constellations of satellites, if at the beginning of this century there were little more than a thousand Active satellites orbiting the earth by 2025 we will have tens of thousands, being a fundamental piece of our technological civilization based on communications.
