Many social media projects came and died after HIVE (STEEM). Bitcoin Cash had its Noise.Cash that seems to be dead: https://medium.com/geekculture/noise-cash-1-year-earning-bch-by-posting-590eb7d5ce11

Most of them are not very sustainable projects. Others lack the size of community and DAPP development. https://www.lens.xyz is one of the new fads that may or may not survive.

What I have seen are not exactly stake based voting as in HIVE and its forks. There are rewards based on user engagement.
