Yep, this is what "modern materialistic scientists" believe these days.

And its all bollox. The whole thing. The basis for each idea is wrong.

In Schrödinger's Cat experiment, there is NO 50/50.
It stopped being 50/50 as soon as you added a living being into the mix.
It stopped being 50/50 as soon as you added a human into the mix.

Further, the point where the universe splits is not at the decision.
(which is the problem that makes every "modern materialistic science" person fail to understand free will.)
The point where the universe splits is closer to the point where you and your friend decided to go out.
Further, the two universes pretty much recombine at the end of the trip, when you go to sleep.

Only significant differences in universe are actually kept as a universe.
(the universe algorithm is very lossy and very lazy)

So, the Quantum Suicide is really just a test in, "was it your day to die".
If it was, no matter your choice, your demise is imminent.
If it is not, no matter your choice, your living is guaranteed.

However, you will have to adopt the position that you literally can't get yourself to do stupid life threatening things to "prove" that it is not your day to die.

That's... Not something I'm wlling to try.

Mandela Effect however is a fascinating theory, true, our memories might be playing with us, but what if it's true. Not that I believe in parallel worlds, I just think there might be another explanation.
