Some kids around me are growing up with a screen and seems like the only way to keep them calm. I'm torn, because I remember how much fun I had playing out. What's your stance on this?

I grew up in between the times of only playing outside and playing video games, and as someone with autism, i found comfort with screen over people but at the same time i did enjoy being outside, I think we correct timing it can be great to have both in equal measures

Same for me. I'm not a parent yet, but would like my future children to enjoy both. I was an avid reader, watched tv and also played in the garden to blow off some steam and of course joined some clubs to gain other skills.
