New Zealand property market prices are uncontrollable, to the point that even derelict houses can fecth for hundreds of thousands if not millions. And when property flippers come into play, that will just make houses unaffordable.

Interesting, the same thing is happening where I live in the US. A smaller house with a smaller yard sold for about 50% more than what I bought my house for 4 years ago. I wonder… who is paying these prices for these houses?? It’s insane!!
