I tell you what, #allergies also suck. I'm afraid I'm no longer immune to them.
My 30s is not looking too hot right now. I blame aging.
Also, #allergy meds be expensive. #BigPharma strikes again.

Aww! Take care of yourself ❤️
It’s a minor nuisance, but annoying.

we shouldnt be like this in our 30s, this is an attack on all of our health. and they prey on weak people so no one is comfortable about sharing this data publicly because we live with monsters everywhere

Calm yourself.
I just need some lifestyle changes. No biggie.

:))
I love @ackza, the word 'calm' is not in his vocabulary!
Understatement of the year.

I was healthy all my life, ate organic in my 30's and still developed allergies in my late 30's. I noticed I don't get them as bad in Japan as I do in California. Seems we are all doomed so YOLO!
Yeah, my parents didn't have problems growing up in Taiwan. They started developing allergies after being in the States for over 20 years when they hit their 40s.
Funnily enough, I've lived in the US for over 20 years now as well. There must be something to it.

Oh sorry to know about the #allergies problem.
Take care of your self.
It’s a minor setback.

Yeah they do! Do you have a Sam's Club or Costco near you? We buy the generic Zyrtec there and it is pretty inexpensive and you get a ton of them.
I'll do that the next time I go grocery shopping.

I have an allergy to a thousand things, xD just touch something wet and I am red! Luckily I do not drink medically, on Netflix there is a program that caught my attention is a farmer who grows peanuts, he says: "There is something in society that is causing children to be born with more allergies! One of the causes is our intestinal flora Scientists say that when we took the evolutionary leap and began to eat less wild things, our flora reduced ... How about?
I'm sure it's multitudes of factors, with internal flora being one of them.

Life begins to suck when you reach the point that the decisions to be made are extra runny or extra dry. Never could stand the drying effects of allergy meds.
I don't think I had an issue with the med.
