You are not alone in this. I have seen many people raise these issues. Autoimmune diseases are the first thing that came to my mind when I learned about the methodology.
The quick expiration date is going to cause its own load of issues as well.

RNA basically carry genetic code. In these vaccines they are giving the cells of your own body instructions to build the a version of the virus behind COVID-19. A lot could go wrong when your vaccine makes your own body build the virus (it doesn't build the complete virus AFAIK) On top of that RNA vaccines can expire within few days. If anyone is given an expired vaccine, who knows what could happen.
The worst part is that there has not been a proper amount of research done on this virus dubbed SARS-CoV-2. Some scientists actually question the very existence of SARS-CoV-2.
