I'm supportive of renewable energy but we shouldn't just rely on renewable energy alone. The current dilemma that Texas is facing right now is proof that we shouldn't put all of our eggs in one basket.

Sorry but I can't take you seriously since you use New York TImes as your source. CNN, MSNBC, Washington Post won't work as source either since they all read from the same script. Also, I'm not blaming renewable energy alone but it's also a fact that wind turbines did freeze and stopped working not just gas pipelines so it's not wrong to say that they're also a cause of the crisis.
