While I agree that rights should be given fairly to all people, I'm not sure if #equality is the solution.

That's the ideal, but hard to do case-by-case basis if you're the government, and if you want to delegate it to machine, we all know what Sci-fi says about that.

Equal under the law: equal rights, equal treatment. Equality in other ways is a fool's errand, it dampens excellence.

Yup!! Though even under the law, equality should be limited by responsibility. You wouldn't give an army soldier the exact same rights as a teenage girl.
