Read this article and spent more time than I should test a bunch of these Extensions. The one that worked best with me so far is "YouTube Summary with ChatGPT." AI #techology is cool, but terrifying.

This one opens the actual ChatGPT page in a new tab when used so it's relatively safe... Still, being skeptical about these things is a good thing to do.
