Starlink "Better Than Nothing" Beta is here. Public beta testers are about to receive the first dishes. SpaceX suggests 50 Mb/s to 150 Mb/s with latencies of 20 ms to 40 ms can be expected in the early days, steadily increasing. The monthly subscription runs at $99 and the terminal costs $499.

SpaceX Starlink 15

SpaceX is launching 60 additional Satellites for their own Starlink Constellation.

The booster is a Block 5 on its 7thflight and will land on a drone ship.

The mission to low earth orbit will launch from SLC 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida.

SpaceX will attempt to capture the fairings.

This flight also marks the 100th flight of a Falcon 9.

Cargo:

  • Payload mass is approximately 18,5 tonnes
  • 60 Starlink Satellites
