Bitcoin hasn't experienced a move up since December 3rd. On that date Bitcoin printed an intra-day swing top at 57,652.00 but then on Saturday the Cryptocurrency experienced a flash crash and fell 21.91% ($11,776.19). December Fourth also experienced a Total Solar Eclipse. The Eclipse belongs to Saros 152 and is number 13 of 70 eclipses in the series. Solar eclipses happen only at the new moon phase, when the Moon is between Earth and the Sun. During a solar eclipse, the Moon casts a shadow on Earth, and blocks or partially blocks our view of the Sun.

From the day that BTC printed its price bar on that Saturday trading never went above or below it until Friday the Seventh of January when price dipped below the December Fourth low finally ending a 33 day sideways move.

Yesterday, price made swing bottom with today's intraday high being greater than yesterday's resulting in the first up day since the swing top of December Third.
