Macro Photography : Leopard Moth (ZeuZera Pyrina)

(Edited)

In this entry, I have several collections of macro photos of leopard moths. Kingdom: Animalia, Phylum: Arthropoda, Class: Insects, Order: Lepidoptera, Family: Cossidae, Genus: Zeuzera, Species: Z. pyrina, characteristic of this type of insect or moth is hairy and has two antennae resembling a hair comb. I found this moth attached to a fence kedondong tree, an opportunity for me to take a picture with some macro shots that I can capture as a post on the peakd.com platform especially in the C/PHOTOGRAPHY [DAC] community.

this type of insect or moth eats wood and various leaves like mango trees in general, when in the form of caterpillars or larvae they live inside tree trunks eating internally for a long time they can stay and live for two or three years on trunks and branches before metamorphosing into adults. At first glance they look very impressive, but on the other hand they become a threat.
