Thanks! I'm definitely hitting the probiotics during this, and will be going full-strength on that as soon as the antibiotics are done.
Kraut, kombucha, and coconut yogurt are part of my every day diet anyway, and a friend brought me some of Purium's Biome-Medic capsules as well.
