Google Search Trends Tutorial

In this video I go over a tutorial on how to use Google’s very cool Search Trends tool, which can be found at https://google.com/trends. The tool presents search traffic data for phrases in many languages and across many locations, going as far back as 2004. The tool allows to compare different search terms, and even topics which may include many terms in many languages. The Google Search Trends capture almost realtime search data, going as recent as showing data from 15 minutes ago. Comparing different search terms allows to visually see any possible correlations or anomalies, which is useful for anyone investigated different global or local search trends. In this video I go over manly using the search term “cat” and the term “dog” to see how the trends compare. Also, the Search Trends can be focused in terms of Web Search, Image Search, Google Shopping search, News, and even YouTube search trends. This is a very amazing and easy to use search tool that captures what much of the world is searching about, and I try to go in as much detail as possible in this video to show not only how to use the tool, but also to illustrate the types of searches possible and how Google collects them.
