one addition for Newbies: you can also get an Hive account via just registering at 3speak.tv
they will email you the keys for the Hive account.
where do they post the podcasts on what websites ?

It works the same as claiming on Hive.
Although the idea of hive is very good, I dont think that the common YouTube user understands well how to use 3speak, it is not very intuitive
