Something I'll never forget from my electronics learning kit from a child:
Any length of wire is, in itself, a capacitor.
And let us be honest, Tesla's tower was going to make everyone electrically ill.
It's possible to harmonize signals with the body, and even enhance health. Tesla knew this and used it on himself. It comes down to who is in control of the tool.
