This book is not just reading, it divided life into Before and After.
You'll never be the same after reading it. You'll be a new version of yourself, more succssful, happier, more relaxed, and just....more alive.

That's what I felt after reading it. I was seeking for a book about psychology and suddenly I see its title...

It Didn't Start With You: How Inherited Family Trauma Shapes Who We Are and How to End the Cycle

It obeyed me at once. It was EXACTLY what I needed at that moment becauseof definite events in my family life.
I started to read it and I couldn't stop until I finished it all. For some hours. Non-stop.
It was like water in a desert for me. I found there all replied I was seeking for.

SO what is it about? And why am I so impressed?

Mark Wolynn is the author of the fascinating new book It Didn't Start With You: How Inherited Family Trauma Shapes Who We Are and How to End the Cycle. As director of the Family Constellation Institute and the Hellinger Institute of Northern California, he specializes in working with depression, anxiety, obsessive thoughts, fears, panic disorders, self-injury, chronic pain and persistent symptoms and conditions

So this books helps to analyze YOURSELF and your family experince not from the point of view of a separate personality and life experince, karma, destiny and so on, but from the side of your family story.

The author gives much oroved info and investigatiions towards how life experince and psychological traumas of our parents and previous generations influence US now.

We've come to this world not like white sheets of papers, we've our set of genes, and our family history printed in our genes.
Moreover, we live in families, we're brought up by our parents, and we're influenced by these factors VERY MUCH.
We can not take it, we may not believe it, but it's a fact, and if we go deep inside ourselves, we start to see it.

This books hellps to do it. It's a deep travel into ourselves, into all pain we have ever had, but finding this pain is a main to step to a NEW life and deep soul relief.

The author gives tons of examples from his practice how past is connected with our present life, how and when family influence can change our lives, and actually which events and what lind of relationships lead to this or that variant of a human destiny.

Absolutely everything we experience and feel dyring our childhood and further life with parents make impact on our future life. EVERYTHING.

Even when parents think: "The baby is too small, he doesn't understand our quarrels" or something like this, it's a great mistake.
From the very first minute of his life, the baby is influenced by this world and his parents are the main characters of this life script.

And what's the most important - the author doesn't only describe these processes, but he gives ways out from these unhappy scripts created by family traumas.
He gives good practical exercises which are available even if you don't attend any psychologist, and you can look deep inside of yourself using this book.

The book is GREAT, it's a best-seller, and now I do understand why.
I was reading it online for free, but the next day I went and bought it in the store.
It's must-have, I think. Now my relatives are reading it too.

If you're eager to understand yourself better and change your life - read it.
