[ESP] Finalización del trabajo de impermeabilización. / [ENG] Completion of waterproofing work.

Gracias a la contribución de todos lo logramos.

Hace tres día, el pasado 12 de enero, publiqué un post en esta comunidad informando que: por causa del deterioro del manto asfáltico que cubre el techo de nuestro edificio hubo filtraciones de agua de lluvia a los apartamentos de los vecinos que viven en el último piso y por efecto gravitacional afectó a los apartamentos de los pisos inferiores, porque el agua comenzó salir por las tomas de electricidad poniendo en riesgo a las familias que vivimos en la estructura habitacional.

Thanks to the contribution of all of us we achieved it.

Three days ago, on January 12, I posted a post in this community reporting that: because of the deterioration of the asphalt mantle covering the roof of our building there were leaks of rainwater to the apartments of neighbors living on the top floor and by gravitational effect affected the apartments on the lower floors, because the water started coming out of the electricity outlets putting at risk the families that live in the housing structure.

Hoy, después de varios años de sufrir el problema, los vecinos vimos con alegría la finalización del trabajo de impermeabilización de la azotea de nuestro edificio. Esta acción vecinal conjunta nos hace reafirmar que en la unión está la fuerza, siendo que la unidad y la solidaridad es uno de los valores más hermosos a la hora de enfrentar problemas comunes.

Today, after several years of suffering the problem, neighbors joyfully saw the completion of the roof waterproofing work of our building. This joint neighborhood action makes us reaffirm that in union there is strength, being that unity and solidarity is one of the most beautiful values when it comes to dealing with common problems.

A continuación procedo a mostrarles imágenes la etapa final de este trabajo, consistió en cubrir la superficie de la azotea con pintura reflectiva aluminizada para darle protección contra los rayos solares y dar frescura al interior en los apartamentos de los pisos superiores.

Then I proceed to show them images of the final stage of this work, consisted of covering the surface of the roof with reflective paint aluminized to give protection against the sun rays and give freshness to the interior in the apartments of the upper floors.
