El pasado domingo, 31 de enero de 2021, celebramos en familia el cumpleaños número tres de mi sobrina nieta Carlota Sofía. La celebración se hizo tomando en consideración las medidas de bioseguridad que se requiere en la actualidad para minimizar los riesgos de contraer el mortal Covid 19. La actividad se llevó a cabo, previa autorización de las autoridades por la semana de flexibilización, en el parque de diversiones Aventura Luna Park, ubicado en la intercomunal Guarenas-Guatire, en el Municipio Zamora, del Estado Miranda, Venezuela. A pesar de las muchas restricciones, la familia pudo compartir en un ambiente despejado, limpio, bonito y seguro. Los niños que asistieron pudieron disfrutar de las distintas atracciones del parque en total armonía. Lamentablemente este tipo de parques están restringidos en la actualidad, sólo bajo estrictas normas de seguridad y previa autorización, las personas pueden pasar un rato distinto.
Last Sunday, January 31, 2021, we celebrated as a family the number three birthday of my niece granddaughter Carlota Sofia. The celebration was done taking into account the biosecurity measures currently required to minimize the risks of contracting the deadly Covid 19. The activity was carried out, after authorization from the authorities for the week of flexibility, in the Aventura Luna Park amusement park, located on the Guarenas-Guatire intercom, in the Zamora Municipality, Miranda State, Venezuela. Despite the many restrictions, the family was able to share in a clear, clean, beautiful and safe environment. The children who attended were able to enjoy the different attractions of the park in total harmony. Unfortunately such parks are currently restricted, only under strict safety standards and prior authorization, people may spend a different time.

In the photograph below you will notice that I was surprised at my respective social est estre. At the time I was thinking about the number of people who are involved in the design and construction of an amusement park.
En la fotografía que sigue a continuación notarán que fui sorprendido en mi distanciamiento social respectivo. En ese momento estaba pensando sobre la cantidad de personas que se ven involucrados en el diseño y construcción de un parques de atracciones.
Observing the large number of devices I thought of mechanical, electronic engineers, designers, electricians, decorators... professional and technical staff and in the number of workers, equipment operators, vendors, actors and security personnel, among others that are needed to put into operation a place like the one I show in this post. Undoubtedly, the amusement parks, involve a large industry and in turn are a commercial alternative that is inserted into tourism and, in addition, are destined for healthy recreation.
Observando la gran cantidad de aparatos pensé en los Ingenieros mecánicos, electrónicos, diseñadores, electricistas, decoradores... personal profesional y técnico y en la cantidad de obreros, operadores de equipos, vendedores, actores y personal de seguridad, entre otros que se necesitan para poner en funcionamiento un lugar como el que muestro en este post. Sin lugar a dudas, los parques de atracción, involucran a una gran industria y a su vez son una alternativa comercial que se inserta en el turismo y, además, están destinados a la sana recreación.
Es una atracción o espectáculo con fondos musicales de suspenso, gritos y escenas de terror acompañado de actores disfrazados y maniquíes de monstruos, calaveras y animales que van apareciendo durante el recorrido con el fin de asustar a los visitantes.
It is an attraction or show with musical backgrounds of suspense, screams and horror scenes accompanied by costumed actors and mannequins of monsters, skulls and animals that appear during the tour in order to scare visitors.
El carrusel, es una de las atracciones más tranquilas que encontramos en un parque de diversiones. Principalmente utilizada para el disfrute de los más pequeños de la casa, incluso con la compañía de sus padres. Estos cuentan con una plataforma principal donde se monta toda la atracción y todo su mecanismo interno que le permiten girar de forma circular.
The carousel is one of the quietest attractions we find in an amusement park. Mainly used for the enjoyment of the little ones of the house, even with the company of their parents. These have a main platform where all the attraction and its entire internal mechanism are mounted that allow it to rotate circularly.
Ahora hablemos de una atracción mecánica más extrema "Las sillas voladoras", este juego está compuesto por una columna central (soporte), techo superior (carrusel) y las sillas (colgadas de la parte superior del carrusel con cadenas o cables). El juego permite, como su nombre lo indica que los pasajeros vuelan por el aire.
Now let's talk about a more extreme mechanical game "Flying Chairs", this game consists of a central column (support), upper ceiling (carousel) and chairs (hung from the top of the carousel with chains or cables). The game allows, as the name suggests that passengers fly through the air.
Esta atracción mecánica se compone de varios automóviles pequeños que están protegidos por una banda de goma en la parte inferior, esto les permite a los conductores chocar unos con otros. El movimiento de estos vehículos se da por una antena ubicada en la parte superior del coche, esta es electrificada desde el techo del escenario. Estos vehículos son encendidos y apagados remotamente por un operador.
This mechanical attraction consists of several small cars that are protected by a rubber band at the bottom, this allows drivers to collide with each other. The movement of these vehicles is given by an antenna located at the top of the car, this is electrified from the roof of the stage. These vehicles are remotely turned on and off by an operator.
La gran mayoría de nosotros conocemos esta atracción. Consiste en un sistema de rieles que suben y bajan formando una o varias vías. Por estos rieles se deslizan un conjunto de vagones (forman un tren) en los cuales viajan los pasajeros (niños o adultos). Mediante una cadena movida por un motor ascienden los vagones y luego descienden por efecto de la gravedad, provocando un cambio de velocidad (aceleración) con el objetivo de divertir y asustar a los usuarios (niños o adultos).
The vast majority of us know this attraction. It consists of a system of rails that go up and down forming one or more tracks. On these rails slide a set of carriages (form a train) in which passengers (children or adults) travel. Through a chain moved by an engine the carriages ascend and then descend by effect of gravity, causing a change in speed (acceleration) in order to amuse and scare users (children or adults).
Llegamos a los dos juegos mecánicos de mayor atracción de este entretenido parque de diversiones, el martillo (ranger) y el revolución extrema 360° son juegos extremos donde su principal función es desplazarse de izquierda a derecha logrando cubrir los 360 ° para el caso del martillo (ranger), mientras que el revolución extrema 360° se basa en el movimiento de un péndulo fijo que gira 360° en su extremo más lejano donde se encuentra una plataforma circular con asientos que se alinean por todo su perímetro.
We arrived at the two most interesting mechanical games of this entertaining amusement park, the hammer (ranger) and the extreme revolution 360° are extreme games where its main function is to move from left to right managing to cover the 360° for the case of the hammer (ranger), while the extreme revolution 360° is based on the movement of a fixed pendulum that rotates 360 degrees at its furthest end where there is a circular platform with seats that align all over its perimeter.
Para finalizar, la rueda de la fortuna es una de las atracciones más populares en los parques de diversiones. Es una estructura metálica grande en forma de rueda con muchas cabinas colgantes en su extremo, es aquí, donde se resguardan los usuarios. Esta atracción mecánica (rueda) se levanta lentamente presentando a los usuarios una gran vista del parque y el paisaje. Como pueden ver en la imagen a continuación, la rueda mecánica se puede equipar con luces de colores (LED) para darle más belleza durante la noche e incluso se pueden equipar las cabinas con aire acondicionado.
Finally, the Wheel of Fortune is one of the most popular attractions in amusement parks. It is a large wheel-shaped metal structure with many hanging cabs at its end, it is here, where users are protected. This mechanical attraction (wheel) rises slowly presenting users with a great view of the park and landscape. As you can see in the image below, the mechanical wheel can be equipped with colored lights (LEDs) to give you more beauty at night and you can even equip the cabins with air conditioning.
This is such a clever way of mixing your family entertainment (leisure day) with your intricate observations of architectural details! While these amusement parks are the marvelous products of ingenious architecture and engineering, safety standards are also at an all-time high! Most especially during our current pandemic situation, it's extremely crucial to prioritize health protocols first.

Good morning. Hello. I am certainly very observant and on every occasion, in addition to enjoying the walk or the meeting, I observe, especially what it has to do with safety. This time I stopped to look at the mechanical appliances, electronics and fun on site, also the number of people who work there and those who got involved to make a work like that, considering that this is a relatively small park. In that meeting I was with my twin sons @memj0310 and @manuelmilano who are Civil Engineers, and they also write in this important community @hive. I turned to them while watching. I called them and went for a walk in the park watching every detail and realizing how it works. It was a pedagogical experience for all three of them as one of them loves electronics, maybe they didn't marvel as much as I did because for them it's basic mechanics and electronics; however I think there was a lot of talent involved in designing and building that and all similar places.
