I agree. Without the infrastructure in place, any plans for tourism will be halted.
I think that is always the perception. Maybe, it can be attributed to what was happening in the country, the terrorisms in far south or maybe pity crime like theft. But there are more safe place as compared to the busy metropolis, the rural and suburbs in the country are generally peaceful.
