New residential complex inaugurated: elegance, technology and eco-green!

The architecture and design of homes is radically transforming compared to a few years ago. Even the aesthetics of new homes are now an important business card and so even the small detail is essential to capture the attention of buyers, who are increasingly attentive not only to design and comfort inside the homes.

This complex of semi-detached villas was created with these characteristics and the visual effect is certainly elegant and of great visual impact. The lines of the buildings are clean and elegant, soft but somehow catch the attention of passers-by. You will notice some lines on the front of the wooden-colored houses that highlight some details such as the balconies, the spiral staircases, some sections of the facade, an effect that enhances elegance and sobriety, a style that I really appreciate.

The buildings have mostly square geometries, large windows to allow the entry of as much natural light as possible and the proximity to the sea transform these houses into small jewels especially in the summer period, a few tens of meters from the beach and some summer clubs. . Although the area is not a bit on the outskirts. it is perfectly connected by public transport and by a cycle path that encourages walks by bike or on foot, in perfect eco-green style of the houses.

Initially a hotel should have been built on this area but the close proximity to the sea has literally transformed the project which now offers beautiful villas. At the center of the complex a small amphitheater was created as a meeting area for tenants but also as a meeting point for young people, being a freely usable space.

The houses offer the highest standards in terms of energy efficiency and technology: maximum energy class and the ability to manage the house via a smartphone application according to current safety standards. In a nutshell, it is possible to turn on the heating with a simple click even if the owner is tens of kilometers away, the house is in fact connected via WiFi internet to the smartphone App.

Curiosity: it was the discovery of some historical artifacts found during the excavations, some vases dating back to the fourteenth century as well as some iron tools. The finds are currently kept in the city museum and are being restored.

The buildings were also built in an easterly direction so that especially in summer it is possible to admire beautiful sunrises from the early hours of the morning and enjoy the spectacle of the great fireball rising on the horizon, behind the thin line that divides the sea from the sky.

I personally particularly love this style of housing, with clean lines but an elegant style. The wood color of the building details integrate the building complex well into the natural context, surrounded by large chestnut trees. In the surroundings there are no large buildings but small building complexes for which there is a particularly cool area, a scent of saltiness that attracts anyone to admire the greatest wonder of nature: the sea.
