If new technologies are advanced, then there will be new ways of doing business

There is a great likelihood that digitalization will deepen by 2023, since the pandemic accelerated this state, we realized its usefulness in business so I think this will have a great depth for this year 2023.

We see today how a digital transformation is developing, which involves new paradigms that converge in more and more development, where a propitious production environment prevails together with an incessant demand by businesses for good experiences between customers and their employees.

All the elements put in this scenario make us think about the challenging future of new business based companies that aspire to solutions based on new technologies that can make the experience between employee and customer friendlier.

Given the depth and diversity of technology, what I believe most entrepreneurs should be prepared to do is to be well informed to know how to direct their investments to allow them to increase their profits taking as a premise new operating models based on consumer satisfaction and with a sustainable vision.
