A calm mind is synonymous with well-being

The welfare that results from having a calm mind is very different from the welfare that gives us the fact of having a balanced diet, the fact that we can be healthy, among other things that we know very well brings us welfare, although there are experiences that make us feel good, we can not focus only on those experiences that make us feel good because the most advisable is to develop in our life course a broad vision of what it means to enjoy a lifestyle that brings us comprehensive welfare.

In order to reach those levels of high well-being and that we pursue them within a range of integrity it is necessary to take into account that we cannot neglect our psychological well-being, for this it is necessary that we find the healthy balance between the good things in life and our motivation to achieve the most important objectives so that our life has a sense of significance.

As a final conclusion I can add that it is fundamental not to allow ourselves any emotional conflict that derives from the fact of constantly evaluating our present in function of the future that we wish for ourselves, since psychologically we will be able to stay away from frustration and helplessness, which in turn are the cause of an unstable mental calmness.
