Why the search for an emerging leadership?

Certainly a leader stands out because he is seen by a great multitude of people as that entity capable of managing their problems in a credible and efficient way, however when this is not the case it is difficult to walk on a path of credibility for such leadership.

A leader may try to deceive people that his management is good when in fact it is not, however intrinsically the deceived is the same, since when he deceives he simply ceases to be a leader.

The objective of a leader who wants to deceive a large mass of people is simple, it is to stay in leadership at any cost, but the voice and the feeling of the people is much greater than a leadership of lies.

Once the leader is identified in his bad management, the need for the emergence of a new leadership becomes part of the people's thinking:

Why do leaders fall into this need of emerging impersonation?

I believe that the case is that they underestimate their leaders, they believe that even if their management is bad, people will always trust them, that is a big mistake, no matter how much the leader tries to deceive his leaders, in the environment will always feel the need for an emerging leadership and, even though the leader continues to perform his functions in the same way, the much needed change towards a leadership that can cover the failures of the original leadership is latent.

The road that the emerging leadership has to travel is not easy, since in many occasions such emerging leadership has to walk under the shadow, waiting for its opportunity to emerge at the right time, but especially when the emerging leadership is in anonymity, it must be constantly learning from the mistakes of the original leadership in order not to fall into the mistakes of the other, so that when it can assume the leadership it is able to meet the expectations of the vast majority.
