It is necessary a continuous reflection about the way in which our mentality is changing, since a part of our mentality can be static and there is another part that can be in constant growth.

Perhaps many of us have been able to realize how sometimes we feel that our life moves in different directions without us taking the reins of these directions, we do things that later we do not realize that we have executed them, this type of situations have a degree of importance in the fact of being able to analyze such behaviors.

Regularly one of the first symptoms prior to this unconsciousness of our acts, is the fact that if we go back in time and remember how we have felt before the facts, we will realize that we have almost always felt confused, worried and with many activities to execute. This situation generates a mental stress that diverts our mind and makes us do things of which we are not aware.

In this process of analysis, we can also realize that our time is only being spent heavily in one direction, so that acting unconsciously is a possibility derived from the fact that we are just surviving all our obligations.

Under what circumstances do we approach having a fixed mindset?

When we have a fixed mentality does not mean that we do not pursue personal growth, however, even though we have skills, these skills will only be tested within our comfort zone, that is, we will not risk what we know because deep inside we feel a fear of being wrong. This type of mentality does not advance, since everything remains in knowing that we are capable but without any performance, since there is a fear of being wrong.

Under what circumstances do we approach having a growth mindset?

A person with a growth mindset has a very strong intrinsic desire to learn. Their mindset is agile and flexible. He understands that if he doesn't know about something, he can learn it, and that the important thing is to be encouraged, play, and have fun with what he has to practice until he masters it.

When we are governed by a growth mindset we experience that desire to constantly want to learn, our mentality becomes flexible and understandable, the person with a growth mindset leaves pride behind and understands that if he does not know about something, he will still seek to learn and that the important thing is the development that is obtained along the way.

Persistence is a key element that defines the growth mindset, and that no matter how many times the growth mindset person falls down, what really matters to the growth mindset person is to get up as many times as it takes and keep trying until victory is achieved.

It is important that we can give ourselves spiritual peace, perform one action at a time is key to later act consciously, with tranquility we can visualize the happiness of achieving the little things in life.
