How can our way of thinking drive our personal development?

We must take into account that no matter how many adversities that come our way in our lives, in the end we end up becoming what we think most of the time, therefore if our thoughts are directed to achieve great things, in the end that is what we will end up achieving for us.

It does not matter if what we think about is good or bad, in the end what we think about ends up being the beginning of opening the doors to a possibility of achieving what we think, we can go thinking little by little what we want, and the more we do it with greater intensity the more emotions we put into it.

For example, let's suppose that we want to have more free time to enjoy with our family, then we can begin to think about the things that we do that take away our time and for that reason we do not have so much free time, that will take us to analyze in the situations that make us not to be able to count on that free time, in how difficult it is to have free time, we will also end up thinking about the time we have been wishing to have free time to dedicate it to our family and we have not been able to get it, while we think about all these we will reach the point where our thoughts will turn around and we will think about the strategies to apply to achieve what we have wanted so much.

As a conclusion, we can assume that our thoughts originate very intense emotions, and that these emotions can be redirected to where we want, that is, if we want to develop personally, we will do so as long as our thoughts originate emotions that help us to achieve it.
