The End of OLA, UBER, ETC

It seems Ride Sharing Apps are starting to get into trouble here in India. All of this is starting from a State in India named Karnataka where the High Cort has ordered these Ride Sharing Apps like OLA, and UBER. Many more comply with new terms as they were charging a lot of money from their users for Taxi Rides and these charges were placed as Convenience Fees and others.

But I feel the main problem lies somewhere else, as these Ride Sharing Apps were frontrunning as Technology Companies which meant that they were playing by an entirely different set of rules which was definitely not fair to the Normal Taxi Drivers at all. According to the reports, there are already hundreds of Cases filed against these companies for unfair practices in every single State so yeah this is definitely something to be concerned about.

That being said it is not likely for these Ride Sharing Apps to just be completely banned from India as even though I don't like either Service I know it is definitely useful in some instances where you are in need of assistance in a City you know nothing about. But I would definitely be happy f these Companies did not take advantage of their Customers in the form of different types of Fees.

India just needs to implement strict rules for avoiding abuses of those cars sharing apps.

I can see your point, banning them completely isn't good to consider because apart from their unfair practices they still offer good services to the people but it was unfair for them to extort those Money wrongly.
That is when the government comes in to protect his people, this is just to teach the taxi companies a lesson, later on, the government would still call them and give them rules on how to operate.
