Within the organizations there is a small concept of sustainable development and it refers to the way to grow organizationally with low cost and high effectiveness. In order to achieve this, we must take the business evolution in a concise way and hire professionals according to the area to be developed; in this way we will ensure savings in terms of manpower or personnel.
