Greetings to the entire universe and Hive users, this is my first publication with project hope, I am a lover of the unknown of the universe and philosophy, this time I want to share what radio astronomy is, taking into account that astronomy is responsible for study the celestial bodies or the stars, over time the human being developed great technology to be able to know the universe and its origins, an important factor when it is observed astronomically is the time in such a way that the light of the celestial bodies travels through space from where it originates from even seeing the possible where it is reaches, something very curious was a phenomenon that could only study the universe through observations, it was carried out in the so-called optical window of the electromagnetic spectrum. Radio astronomy this discipline within the field of astronomy is responsible for studying the universe in the wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum which is called radio, the type of technology applied for these studies is used radio telescope antennas, reflector telescope.

Most radio telescopes use a parabolic antenna to amplify the waves and thus obtain a good reading of these, thanks to that it was possible to make known the form of radio wave emission radio emission can be presented in two forms: continuous radio and spectral lines, in the case of continuous radio the emission is spread over a wide region of the electromagnetic spectrum, in such a way that the spectral lines are centered on a specific frequency, since with the spectral lines reference is made to the radio region of the electromagnetic spectrum, because they usually find transitional, rotational and vibrational lines of the most common atoms and molecules in the universe, the most fascinating thing about this discipline that made known that our atmosphere allows the passage of the so-called radio window, which extends from frequencies as low as 15MHz comprises wavelengths of the order of 20 m, it was possible to register frequencies t even high as 900GHz which comprise wavelengths of the order of 0.3 mm.

In the case of the signals that can be observed in the radio band, they are generally very weak, so
In order to detect them, large antennas must be used, or groups of smaller antennas working in parallel, the technology in this range is being further developed, as in the case of varying from a few tens of centimeters to hundreds of meters, currently the Arecibo Puerto radio telescope rich. Thanks to this discipline with technological support, it was possible to know how: quasars, active galaxies, pulsars and microwave background radiation, 👧My way of seeing life Area73.

Have we detected signals from other space so far or found strange anomalies?

which is the farthest astral body that has been detected, imagine what it will be like for astronomy these years with the new technologies

The '2018 VG18' is at a distance one hundred times greater than that separating the Earth and the Sun. A team of astronomers has discovered the most distant body ever observed in the Solar System.
