Exercising should be part of each person's life habits, because it helps us feel better and keep our bodies in good working order. And it can also be very fun if you participate in a joint program of a Pilates class, Zumba or similar things, because apart from everything we are generating contact with other people, exploring new things and learning.

Exercising together makes it all more fun and inspiring. And it also gives us a boost when our own motivation is bad, then still the company of others might help us keep up, no matter what!
