We all already know that the Facebook company makes money and does it with your data, you must understand that Facebook is not something free, the money for updates and maintenance comes from all the information they collect and sell to companies, all the information they have about its users, in addition to direct publicity of course. Now, what happens between Apple and Facebook that are now attacking each other?

App Tracking Transparency of Apple's IOS 14, will launch a notice where users can reject or accept when an app wants to access the information of our device, obviously most people will reject the option which will be a problem for Facebook, remember that Facebook, in addition to having all the information it already has about you on Facebook, enters your device for example your cell phone and through it they enter your Wi-Fi and can see the devices that you have connected, this they do so that their advertising is more effective but to most people it seems like abusive behavior.

So apple presented a PDF titled "a day in the life of your data", where it explains that it is better to use Apple services than those of other companies that collect your private data, then Facebook responded with an article in the New York Times to full page called "Apple vs the free internet" where they basically justify their collection of private data, with the fact of helping small companies make money through effective advertising, although the response of important companies like Mozilla was to laugh, other companies like Spotify have joined Facebook's claim, claiming that Apple forces them to comply with standards that they themselves don't adhere.

Mark Zuckerberg alleges that Apple will become a direct competitor of them in the world of online advertising, Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple alleges that as a technology company it is obliged to defend its users , it seems
to him exaggerated like Companies as Facebook collect data , allege that the advertising industry has prospered for decades without resorting to these invasive practices that generate a loss of trust on the part of users.

Finally Facebook is planning an antitrust lawsuit against Apple, is seeking legal advice and other companies such as epic games and Spotify want to join the lawsuit against Apple, this is interesting we will see what happens in the future.

Thank's for read

Hello @ramsesuchiha
Access to our information has been around for quite some time and people either ignored it or didn't give it much thought.
The Facebook-Apple confrontation makes me somewhat suspicious, I dare to think that they may reach an internal negotiation and let the issue serve both of them as momentary publicity for future interests.
Best regards.
