OBVIOUS FACTS ABOUT THE FUTURE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE REPLACING HUMANS
There have been several publications describing that artificial intelligence will soon replace humans totally, there are still certain arguments about this topic. This post is not to support any of the argument, rather it is to establish some facts and make some points clear.
Every company will always settle for something that will benefit their business either workers need to be replaced or not, if artificial intelligence is going to make more products available within a limited time then we should expect that more companies will go for it and if humans can perform better than these artificial intelligence, be sure that more humans will get employed and artificial intelligence will be left behind. So while we read on, a question we have to answer is if humans will be able to perform better than artificial intelligence?
Not every type of job can be replaced with artificial intelligence, certain positions like the role of a customer service agent a transporter can be replaced by machines because they can be automated and artificial intelligence can carry out these tasks in a way that is faster and more competent than humans can, certain jobs that require creativity and extreme human relationship cannot be replaced by machines since machines only carry out assigned task. The act of analysing sales call that will normally take a sales manager about nine hours to do, will take an artificial intelligence only nine minutes to do. If you were the CEO of the company, will you retain human as the sales analyst or will you get an A.I to help you with the job?
The best way to keep a job or position in this age, is by getting smart enough to expand your skills, gain knowledge in new and technology based fields. There was a time when those who could use manual machine for weaving clothes were very special but these days, industrial machine has taken over the system and anyone who cannot make use of an industrial machine might not get any job since there will not be room for speedy delivery with a an ancient machine.
According to Bill Gates, AI is positive for society and displaced workers could fill gaps that currently exist elsewhere in the labour market.
Although the type of job offers described by Gates, is not one for a high amount of income, but it definitely provides job security.

The co-founder of HubSpot has a contrary believe to other people, he is of the opinion that, humans and machine can work together without displacing each other, he believes that machines should help ease human jobs and a very good team will be formed there.
That's very true, the time will come when in many jobs we will be displaced, so it is important to stay informed and updated, technology today has covered much ground, for that reason if we do not want to stay behind we must go hand in hand with the new, at least in the field that interests us!!
Jobs already were being displaced.
The problem is people did not realize it since entire companies disappeared.

Where are the jobs? Note my emphasis. I'm afraid of the future of humanity.
Since he is one of the ones behind the global economy, I honestly dont think he cares.
The near to medium future is a world with less jobs. That simply is the case going forward. Corporations benefit from getting rid of labor; it helps the bottom line.
This is not a situation that is going away.
And there will be no gaps to fill in the labor markets. If there is a gap, some will develop an automated solution.

Well you Stated one fact and that's that AI won't still be able to replace some human aspect. Well I won't say it can't be a possibility because no one can predict how science and technology might go in future.
Well developing new skills opens the door to finding new jobs, this is evolution
