E-learning Paradigm //e-Learning

A great greeting to all continuing with the century of learning, which puts us to think how will be the future of our education with the present that is lived in this pandemic, that one does not know that it will be of our tomorrow, but I have dedicated myself to look for alternatives to learn, only the learning I have learned that it is all induced teaching, practiced, experiences of every day that we live that leaves us a learning increase our intellect and behaviors, a very important point to be motivated to continue ahead.

Until the moment I have had the gratitude to share several paradigms of learning from the behaviorism to the humanists, but the paradigms break like models maintaining their essence or objective, with purpose of improving it, at our present time with this pandemic already in other countries developed uses the method of in education at distance like part of a virtual education until arriving at the level of positioning e-Learning, like a new paradigm of learning, can be associated the behaviorism and the humanists for different chair.

This type of learning is based on the use of the technological tools, where the learning who practices it is net of virtual formation giving the freedom to learn to an own rhythm, where schedules are established that adjusts to the necessity who needs it, with the purpose of creating tendency for several who participate to create the interactivity, to transmit infinite ideas, information linked to a collaborative learning.

Today I am clear that it is a dynamic interactive method, connecting to virtual libraries, search engines and virtual books many resources for this learning, but it is not the same experience that one experiences in a classroom with his teacher in a classroom, but the reality is different because the instructional design ceases to be linear and heuristic to become multiple, leaving behind the traditional, it must be clear that we must accept the changes and be willing to do so.

We must always see the positive and negative, for the situation of this method of learning some countries like mine in Venezuela, not everything has equipment, internet service, electricity service, sector where they live several companions they live retired from the city, I believe that learning and education is on behalf of all of us, because beyond a technology, we must seek mechanisms to solve current problems in which they live.

Every day something new is learned, but the best weapon of the human being is his intelligence thanks to the learning.
