Greetings @dgalan although I am not an expert in the area, I consider that payment of the established tax is not made due to a lack of knowledge, in addition to the conditions in which our country is not given the conditions to pay this type of tax and it is up to the state to implement timely policies to achieve this goal.

Greetings@madridb in my analysis I consider that if there is knowledge on the part of the producers, however in their majority they take refuge in stating that their agricultural activities are primary and therefore this group of activity is exempted from payment, however there is also a divorce between the state and the agricultural sector since there is no meeting point to stimulate national production and in turn increase the tax culture of the agricultural sector.
