The tax scenario has always been a complex issue, this because it has been too flexible compared to European and Asian states, now when you express; "The Venezuelan tax system has been evolving gradually, thus achieving the integration between the characteristics of taxes and the economic needs of the country", this in a way is somewhat encouraging and more so in the current circumstances where the sale of oil is no longer the main source of income.
