Which company they use to establish an Internet connection.

From an investigation that I carry out just out of curiosity to confirm the number of hours that the children are in front of the computer.

I read a recent publication where they stated that one in 10 Latin American children spends at least 3 hours a day playing online, they carried out a study developed by the global cybersecurity company Kaspersky, in together with the market research consultancy CORPA.

I was able to conduct my own research without leaving home, call several neighbors who have children between the ages of 7 and 13 and conduct a survey, from that survey, conduct the following publication: "How many hours does your child play online? I did some research on it, asked a lot of neighbors."

At that time I just wanted to know how many hours the kids spend in front of the computer so I decided to contact several neighbors and ask the following question:

.:How many hours does your son or daughter spend playing online:.

  • 1 Hour
  • 2 Hour
  • 3 Hour
  • 4 or more

But I also asked sex and age range, so I knew what population I had to do my research with and could confirm what I had read, the results were published in that post.

But from there other unknowns were created, knowing the bad connection to the Internet that exists in Venezuela I can be a witness, I live it daily the bad connection that I have to be able to navigate.

About 4 months ago I also posted Penultimate position of 176 countries with access to the Web. In this publication I talk about how Venezuela is second to last. In the image that is on our left in this publication you can locate your country.

In Venezuela, Internet connection is getting worse and worse, reaching the penultimate position of 176 countries with access to the Web, with a speed of 3.64 MBPS, one point above Turkmenistan, which has 2.06 MBS.

I must explain that in Venezuela there are companies that are from the Venezuelan state, as well as private companies that offer internet service.

The first being the worst, is The National Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela known by its initials (CANTV), this company has the largest national market for telecommunications, before the Communists came to power it was a semi-private company, but unfortunately the government seized it and practically destroyed it, all the houses or rather the majority of the houses in Venezuela have this CANTV service, this company offers fixed and wireless telephony and Internet service.

Another state company is Telecomunicaciones Movilnet C.A. is CANTV's subsidiary for the mobile phone sector in Venezuela. Currently, although you may not believe me, but movilnet has several months that any user could not enjoy this service very well.

Then we have Digitel is one of the main companies of telecommunications services in Venezuela, one of the most used is the one that better offers a service of cellular telecommunications that we can call very acceptable, because, being a private company they offer a good service, but I must clarify that it is one of the most expensive that there is in Venezuela.

Another company is Movistar is a Venezuelan company that provides telecommunications services, a subsidiary of the Spanish group Telefónica, particularly I think that it can compete with Digitel depending on the service.

Inter is a Venezuelan telecommunications company that specializes in providing cable television, satellite television, Internet and telephony services.

Ok after doing all the preamble, the other question I had was:

Which company they use to establish Internet connection in Venezuela.

All the mentioned companies offer the service of Internet, I can say that in spite of all the difficulties that my country faces, somehow we still can count on some communication to be able to sail in Internet, in the graph presented you can see which company is the most used to sail.

Being Digitel the cellular service operator the most used and that is due to the service provided, although in every Venezuelan home, they have the CANTV service.

However, and unfortunately I can say it with all the property as a CANTV service user, this state company does not offer a good service because it has absolutely illogical rates and where there are more than a million of concurrent failures in the speed of Internet and communications throughout the country.
