How to make abrasive water get machining project at home.

Hello everyone i hope you all are fine and safe from the coronavirus outbreak. We know production is vary information for all the countries in the world. The production dicides the economy of the country and the production leads a country among the developed countries. You can seen the most developed countries in the world like china,America, Russia and many more countries become developed due to the production of lot of goods in industries. This production is only possible with the machines. In the past conventional machines are used for the production. The conversational machines requires lot of workers and they consume lot of extra charges for the production. In these days new machines have been introduced in the market like CNC machines,etc. These types of machines are automatic and it requires only one person which gives the programs to the machine. Also some machines in which we didn't require any type of tool . Abrasive water get matching in with you uses a high pressure water with the small pieces of silicon carbide to cut the material. This machine have been recently introduced in the industries. I have made this project in the last year with my own hard work and i got sucessfull in that . If you want to make this at your home follw my below procedure. The working principle of this project is vary simple when the high speed silicon carbide or sand particles with the water coming from the water pump strikes the material it gets removed.

Components which are required for this project:

1. water tank: you all know that what is purpose of water tank. The water tank stores the water for the machining purposes. You can made the water tank for this project by small sheet of steel and the water tank for this project is not too much big.in the industry they just give the direct supply of water to the machines. The function of water tank is to store the water and then give it to the water pump.

2. water pump or motor: The water pump runs on the electricity. The function of the water pump is to lift the water from the tank to the mixing chamber. Also the water pump increase the velocity of water at a high value. This water is then pushes to the mixer. The pipe fittings for this project should be enough strong which can hold the high pressure and velocity of the water otherwise they can get damaged.

3. Mixing chamber: In the mixing chamber we add the particles of silicon carbide or in this project you can use the sand as sand will be available at any place. These particles in the mixing chamber get mixed with the high pressure water. After that this combination is send to the nozzle.

4. Nozzle: Nozzle is a mechanical device which has small opening at the outlet. The function of nozzle is to increase the velocity of the water further. All the pressure energy is converted into the kinetic energy in the nozzle.

How to made this project:

Take the small sheets of steel and prepare the water tank for the water reservation. After than make small stand for nozzle and the water pump. Install the water pump on the stand. After that connect the pipes of water pump to the water tank on one sand and on other side to the mixer. Join the mixer and the nozzle with the pipe fittings. The make stand for the work pieces. Also make the wiring for thw moter to run.

How this project works.

Firstly we fill the water in the water tank also we connect the motor to the electricity supply. Then we swith on the motor the work piece is held in the satnd under the nozzle. The motor lifts the water and makes its kinetic and pressure energy high after than then water is thrown to the mixer . In mixer we add the silicon carbide or sand . Then this water flows to the nozzle. The water with the nozzle strikes the work piece which causes the cutting on the work piece.
