RE: COVID-19 inspires Local Content Development in Technology as Nigerians begin to build Ventilators

I've seen quite a number of locally made ventilators since the pandemic breakout but my concern is, are they really icu worthy? If they really are, I'm sure the government would have jumped on one of those inventions.
