Welcome to DUPAR, a Precious Business (PART III) , THE END OF THIS BEAUTIFUL ROAD!

Hello dear friends, this is my third publication on this subject, previously I introduced you to the business and told you about some of my functions in it. Today I want to finish talking to you about how we organize ourselves to handle the inflow and outflow of money from the store, (THE EGRESS AND INCOME).

In general the days that more cash leaves the premises are of Monday to Friday, specifically the day MONDAY, that day usually enters much merchandise to the business, in addition to that the suppliers of other products attend like, for example, (Products Branch, Yupi, Super rich and Italo).

When a supplier arrives at the premises, obviously the goods are attended to and received, in this case (I do), the supplier proceeds to count the goods to verify that what the invoice says is the same as what I am going to receive, goods delivered with an invoice in hand.

There are those who sometimes want to be smart, for that reason you have to be very aware of what you receive and the amount stipulated, as usually most products come with some discount.

There are suppliers that work with us on credit, they bring us the merchandise on a specific day and it is cancelled in the rest of the week, maybe after 2 days, a lot depends on the agreement reached. Of course this doesn't happen with just any supplier, for example, the supplier of the candy as someone who works independently can afford it, but most of those who work with companies can't.

To control what was paid we had a notebook, where in addition to writing down the expenses we also wrote down the products we sold per unit, now the end of the night and when it was time to close and do the accounts, we made the total of what was sold and what was spent.

There were two notebooks, one of which I have already mentioned, and the other where we placed the expenses again and also where we placed the total cash and what the system reported. Obviously, the sum of these should give us the total of everything that was actually done during the day. And with the other notebook we would make the comparison and we would know if there was any missing or surplus. Most of the time there was a surplus, because we always forgot to write down any product that was not in the system, the days there were very busy before the quarantine and sometimes there was no time at all.

Perhaps for some it is a lot of responsibility, or for others it is not, but the truth is that whenever you work with money it is a great responsibility, it is not just the fact that you are watched in a certain way or that they put all their trust in you, but you have to be attentive to those people who only want to harm your work and also take advantage of them, for example, those who wanted to try to introduce a false bill, or rob you, are many things to be aware of.

Most of the time I was alone, sometimes even my boss was out of town and I was the one in charge of the business, obviously she was very attentive and had the cameras in her phone for anything, but as I say, it's time to have a lot of responsibility and organization.

I think that in these 3 publications, which are a bit long, hahaha, excuse me, is that I was inspired, I was able to clarify and inform them in a certain way what my work was before the quarantine, my day to day, well I don't think I told them that I went out almost every day at 9pm while I finished the accounts and cleaned the place, a whole routine, but that's the way work is. I ended up arriving home at 9:30 pm if the road was not too congested but I arrived almost at 10 pm, to sleep and get up again to do my routine.

I am particularly proud of what I have done here, even though I do not practice my profession I have been able to realize that I can handle many things, with the pressure and with the new, I have learned a lot and that strengthens me and fills me with emotion, are things that surely in my country I would not do because there if I practiced as a doctor, the changes almost always bring good things, although sometimes we are afraid.
