@crosheille - It is great to hear from you. Glad that the family is doing well and that homeschooling is still up and running. It is always challenging when the littles want to "invade" learning time.
You were not too far away from where I currently live when you visited the Fantastic Caverns north of Springfield. Did you go to the Bass Pro Shop? Did you try Andy's Frozen Custard?

Oh wow so cool! We didn’t make it out to either one of those. We did eat at Lambert’s Cafe and went to a nearby mall before leaving. I grew up going to the Bass Pro Shop with my dad so that would have been nice if we had time to go there.
You’ll see me pop in from time to time ;)

I have not been to Lambert's in a long time. I did work there for a couple of years when I was (much) younger. Pop in any time, but I completely understand that life is still pushing along off chain.
Oh wow that’s cool! We always make sure to visit there when we’re in the area. Our kids love catching the rolls!
