Yes, we live in a time of significantly increased uncertainty, as our world seems to be losing its "collective mind" ... I imagine you and I would find a lot of agreement, in discussing what is going on "behind the curtain," as we all experience what is unfolding before us ...
I have written about the impact of COVID-19 quite a bit. While we are all still healthy, the financial impact on us has been considerable (as is the case with many people across the world). I personally believe we are still in only the very early stages of what is coming ...
This impact has caused upheaval, with some of our nearby children and grandchildren needing to moving away, in response to the financial distress. We are saddened by this, but remain firm in our belief He has ordained it and we will get through it.
With the impact of the Steem <=> Hive blockchain "wars," I am more "part-time" these days. And now (you may or may not know this ...) there are two new splits of the Steem blockchain => Blurt and Zapata ... Seems the instability "out there" is mirrored, in some respects, "in here" ...
Well, that is enough out of me. Glad that I "just so happened" to be scrolling through my feed, when your post came up. Otherwise, not sure when I might have known about it.

P.S. Loved the good humor surrounding your trip to Fantastic Caverns. We visited Branson once and I vaguely remember seeing a sign about that attraction, but didn't realize you could drive through it. If there is a future visit, maybe next time!

Oh yes, I am sure you and I would have a lot to agree on about what’s really unfolding. It will only get worse from here. I keep telling everyone to prepare for the second wave this Fall and keep stocking up on essentials.
Wow! No I have not heard about the newest split on Steem blockchain. Seems more and more confusion keeps happening over there. Are you part time over there too? Or are you just a Hiver now? I knew I wouldn’t be able to keep up with both and honestly with all the uncertainties over there I powered down everything and made this my permanent home.

P.S. Depending on the timing of your withdrawal, these other two blockchains have performed airdrops of their new tokens. What value will they have? I have no idea, but thought you would want to know about the possibility. If even only to exchange them and increase the amount of HIVE you have in your account.
I feel the same way. Even more so now, there are so many important things to do and get done.

Yes, it has always been a challenge for me @crosheille to understand what these "virtual worlds" represent. Specifically, in terms of what we are called to do and be in our relationships with others ...
Here is what is found in their "snapshot" of the Steem blockchain:
Very crude, as these numbers have no formatting. With each, you move the decimal over 3, so e.g. it appears you would have 1,547.001 BP [Blurt Power] and 1,083.615 Blurt. And the same, as far as the Zapata tokens, although they are farther behind in their launch ...

Wow, thank you so much for passing on this info to me. I’m a bit surprised I’ll have some of that token. I was still in the process of powering down but I guess I still had Steem left when they launched. I tried to get to their blockchain but it says they are undergoing changes at the time. I’ll check back in a week or two to let
things settle and finish developing. I know how long that could take.
