How Many Hours of Sleep Do You Get Per Day?

It has become a common occurrence for most of us in this generation to keep up with the act of "let me finish this work first and I go to sleep afterwards" all in the name of looking for money.

I'm not saying this is a bad thing because it shows that we are not lazy and we want to make money so that we can survive and leave a better life and maybe make a difference in our family and community financially.

However, we have to be considerate of the fact that not getting a proper day to day sleep is very harmful to our health. Infact, researchers and medical practitioners have show that it can lead to permanent brain damage.

I searched through the web and I find out that the number of sleep hours we need per day for our body to be healthy is between 7 to 8 hours of sleep per day for adults like us.

I'm sure not many of us are doing that and I'm also In this shoe. Infact, i hardly get upto 5 hours of sleep per day. And I really do not think I'm ready to change that anytime soon.
