The title that I gave for this post, I quote from here: Nimbostratus clouds. I took pictures when I was on a trip from my village in the interior of Aceh to a coastal part of my country. To reach the coast, I had to pass through a high hilly area. From that trip I have posted a few before this (Things on the beach sand; Some things are tiny in wood; On the road between the inland plateau and the coast; Seashore and one complicated move; THE CAT AND THE SEA; and It does not look back). From the start of the hilly area that I passed, I have observed clouds in the sky that mark the weather which is not so good, both for my trip and for taking pictures, and I will certainly face rain . But I still went on, and took pictures, even I took a lot of pictures of clouds that looked a little scary and 'ugly', but even so, they were clouds in the sky of my country.

By the way, Nimbostratus clouds are as described HERE:

Nimbostratus clouds are dark, gray, featureless layers of cloud, thick enough to block out the Sun. The name comes from Latin; Nimbus: rainy cloud; stratus: flattened or spread out. Continuous rain is the precipitation carried by these clouds. If accompanied by lightning and thunder it is the cumulonimbus cloud of nimbrotus.

When I arrived at the coastal area I was going to, I faced all of this.
