What is an agile team, and why do we claim that this team is sensible, and how should this team be working properly?

To be agile means being quick and well-coordinated in movement. When being agile marked in a team you have the ability to think quickly; mentally acute or aware. And a team is two or more than two persons working together, or doing things together, and these things can be planning, doing and coordination! Motivation and coordination, that is the way to do business today!

What did you learn in school today, we are stated from many angles from friends and family. It is good that we are aware of different things in the schools, and that the schools work properly. Agile teams is about adaptation and understanding humanity in social groups and in networks, and we cannot do standardized things if we should do things in common. I should adapt my personality to everyone else.

You cannot state anything today, unless you have competence and research behind it. And there are books about everything, and many pupils and teachers cannot all the literature. And this means that we have different framing, and that people in business work without having competence, do not understand the organizations properly. «People and Organizations» are something we learn by NHH in Bergen, and we should act in accordance with our minds and our conscience. Any statement coming from an angle should be evaluated, since the proof of the pudding is in the eating. What is really something we experience? The schools are social, emotional and professional arenas. And we are learning about life, and what we should do in different organizations. Humans are thinking, feeling and acting!

Market communication is about sellers, buyers and the markets. And we are giving a message, and this message should be sensible and be working properly. We always adapt ourselves to the market, but sometimes we cannot do anything about the humanity, and how it is working. For all the countries and all the humanity, we are operating from time to time. And this is about all the details and great things that the best person ever can imagine! Competence is about knowing, and adaptation should be about using your framing and be social active, and we should always be inside our bodies, and understand all other bodies. Understanding humanity is about how a human is operating and how a human can be understood, and you need the colleges and the universities of the highest level in societies to understand what should be understood. So, any person that is just giving a message, does have theories or methods, or they have just opinions. And that is also true for leaders. And all curves that you can use, can be changed if changing human minds and human nature.

Human rights, development in organizations and freedom are all about how we should understand the philosophy of the human nature. Every person has a potential, but it is bad with bankruptcy, and you should never have trust to such leaders. And sales management is much about giving and receiving a message, and you can act or react on the message. Scripts are standardized and/or they are improvised. And we should always adapt our bodies to get the goals that we are trying to achieve.

We should always do our best, but we are just boys or girls, and/or men or women. Markets and hierarchies are about campaigns, and there are always millions of things to do, and some are stupid, and some are sensible. But leaders and employees should do as best as they can, and many people have not properly understanding of the working life, although they are working! This is tragic! We should understand attitudes, intentions and actions to each other! Abuse of power and sex harassment, should we avoid!
