Training 10 000 hours to be best: The case of making victories in national or international competitions: To hell or back?

Many athletes are training a lot during the year. And you need to train 800 to 1 000 hours a year to be best in competitions. And when you have trained for 10 years, you can reach the top in national and international competitions.

We all know that we need to train a lot to win competitions, and that that training is important within sports, music and whatever scientific area. We should not have too much hell where we are, and nothing should be said to be «heraus» in every serious environment! The people saying what they are saying, and doing what they have doing, should be responsible for every tiny acts and great acts with all their behavior.

We all know that we need endurance and continuity in competitions, and that is true for all the competitions we are participating within, and there is a hell in training and training methods for being best in scientific areas. The more we train, the better we are. And the more we know in sciences, the less we know!

You can train, eat and sleep, or doing these things in another conceivable order. But you need to devote your whole life and a training philosophy to be best at home and abroad. Training, training and more training is the slogan now to be the best. We need much variation in the training program nowadays, and short interval sessions and long sessions are the ways we should train today. There is no secret to be the best, because you have to train a lot, and also have talents in what you are doing from time to time and from place to place. And in life, you are always living with confronting activities with your body, and that is the situation through the whole life!

Olympiatoppen is an organisation that is part of Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports with responsibility for training Norwegian elite sport. And if you want to be serious and the best in national and international competitions, you have to devote much time and many efforts with training! Olympiatoppen is based at the Toppidrettssenteret between Norwegian School of Sport Sciences and Sognsvann. Being best at home or abroad is about being in hell or being back on normal tracks. In sciences, you cannot be best at any platform in the world, unless you have done your homework with much training. You can train every day through the year, and to be best you must train between 2 hours and 3 hours a day on an average. So, there is no secret for getting the best results, we need to do the hard work! And listening to your body, and to achieve new challenges in your training are ways to be even better. Only small details are distinguishing the best athletes from the second-best athletes.

So, when coming to choosing the best schools and the best universities, choose an area which is compelling and exciting for you, and choose the schools and the universities having the best and most interesting research supporting their study programs. And choose an area where you can compete for a Nobel Prize, if you want to be known in national and in international environments. Some sciences are doubtful of being called for sciences, and we always are doing things where we can learn more, and where we can know more. Nothing is easier than taking a copy, so the challenges today in sports are to do things as the competitors, and doing things even with better quality than the competitors, and that is the best market strategy that we can imagine. We need quality and quantity in the training, and we need to be visible and strong, if we are tempting to be the best, and for doing the best things.
