The world inventions: The history and the case of volleyball!

We are loving doing and playing volleyball, especially when it is nice weather. And we can enjoy the different seasons by playing it indoors or outdoors. Volleyball comes from the word volleying, meaning to hit the ball in the air before the ball is falling to the ground!

The man finding the volleyball to humanity was William Morgan. He invented volleyball in 1895 at Holyoke in Massechusetts for the organization mentioned as YMCA, and that abbreviation means Young Men Christian Association. Any association must be filled with pleasure, but the freedom must always fight against coercion and oppression. You cannot find reasoned laws, rules and norms that dictate you that some people are better than others, since all persons can be equally intelligent and having much competence and research in their background. One needs to be positive to thinking, reading and reflecting on literature. But life is mixed menu of many things, and many people love to play volleyball during the summer, either at the beach or in a park. And it is much good with it. You develop your social relations, you are doing things together, and you learn competition and also having life in funny ways!

William Morgan was also director for physical education in addition to being in YMCA. Morgan originally called this new play for Volleyball, Mintonette. The name «Volleyball» came after a demonstration of the sport, when a spectator commented that this genre of sport implied much «volleying», and hence the game was just called for Volleyball. And this sport is popular many places in the world, especially among young people and among adults.

William Morgan was born in the state called for New York, and he studied by Springfield College in Massachusetts. There are cognitions in every school, and you should learn them and operate properly in relation to them. And you get them in the lectures. Ironically, Morgan met James Naismith at Springfield, and Naismith invented basketball in 1891. Morgan got pretty much motivation from Naismith. William Morgan made the foundation for the new sport called for volleyball, and this game was very popular among different groups in the different populations in the world. And Morgan took his sense of good mood to learn persons about it, and accordingly many players were developed, and they had good knowledges in what they were doing. The triggering interests among many for volleyball, made their interests for the German game «Faustball», and some other genres as tennis, basketball, baseball and handball.

Morgan Trophy Award is distributed annually to the most outstanding male and female player at the universities in the USA playing volleyball. This prize is established of William G. Morgan Foundation in 1995. And this year marks the anniversary year for volleyball, and the trophy is named after William Morgan.

So, what is volleyball actually? Volleyball is a kind of sport using a special ball designed and planned for being used when playing this game. There are six players for every team playing against each other. The players are rotated clockwise when playing. Hence, you know where each player is, if you play it and watch it. This rotation means that every player on the field comes within the different positions on its halfway during the game. The field is divided in two with a net in the middle. The heigth of the net is 2,43 meters for men and 2,24 meters for women. If you are playing both men and women you can choose the height of the net being between 2,43 meter and 2,24 meters, or you can just choose an appropriate height. And everybody with an interest for volleyball, should be invited to play the game!

One of the team is starting the game with giving a serve from one of the players. You just get point when having the serve, and you should win the ball to get more serves.

Each lane half is 9x9 meters, and you have to win 2 or 3 sets going to 25 points, and how many sets you should win is depending on age. You should win the set with at least 2 points, and if it is just 1 point, the set goes to tie-break, and the tie-break should be won by 2 points going to 15. If there is just one point when going to 15, the best team should win with two points. When playing volleyball during the summer, you can play beach volleyball or sand volleyball! But ordinary volleyball means to use the normal facilities! And such is it everywhere in the world! The logic and the philosophy is the same all places to all times!

When playing the volleyball, there should not be more than 3 toaches or 3 contacts at each side, and you can smash the ball, hit the ball, or add to smash. The number of players at each team depends on where you are playing volleyball, so there can be different norms and rules! So check them before playing the game!
