The flags symbolize an identity of countries, and they give a unique symbol of what is happening for a nation in all the nations history, and what is typical for any country!

Flags as recognized today, made of a piece of cloth representing a particular entity, were invented in the Indian subcontinent or Chinese Zhou dynasty (1046-256 BCE). Chinese flags depicted colorful animals and royal flags were to be treated with a similar level of respect attributed to the ruler. This was the invention of flags, and not the oldest as we know of all possible flags for any nation nowadays.

Although several countries lay claim to having the oldest flag, the flag of Denmark is widely considered to be the oldest existing flag in the world. Officially, the flag is known as Dannebrog and traces its history back to at least 1219.

Let us share some insight into the use and meaning of colors in world flags. White is the colour most often used in flags (used in 17.7% of all world flags), red is the second most popular and on third place it’s yellow.

In many flags the colors refer to nature, such as blue often represents the sea or water or even the blue sky, green symbolising green grassland and forests, yellow refers often to grain or maize fields or the sun, white to snow or clouds, but there are some meanings which represent not only important national symbols but also the virtues of a country. The red color stands for love and emotion. It is the color of life, blood and passion. It is also associated with power and danger. Orange stands for joy, creativity, enthusiasm and even revolutionary ideas. As a combination of red and yellow, it is usually associated with strength, passion and activity. Black stands for darkness and mystery. It also is associated with power and strength. Purple stands for passion and wealth. The combination of red and blue is associated with luxury and elegance, but also with power and independence.

There is no flag which is unicolor, that is using only one color without any letters or writing or displaying any symbol anymore. The Libyan flag until 2011 was plain green! But the flag of Saudi Arabia, comes pretty close, doesn't it?

So take a careful examination of the flags, and find the meaning of each of them. We are living and working and operating in international societies, so we should be in the countries where we want, and everything is a solution about how to stay where and how. And working can be in any organizations, also with international stages.

Are there any rules for flags? The world should work in sensible ways, both inside and outside the working life, and we should have similar rules or ways of operating both places. The flag should never be carried flat or horizontally, but always aloft and free. The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery. ... The flag should never be fastened, displayed, used, or stored in such a manner as to permit it to be easily torn, soiled, or damaged in any way. We cannot define the international societies without being engaged in many countries, and there are still things to be done in different national and international contexts. And the rules are coming from the prime minister, the different ministers, the president, the government, the parliament and and departments. And we cannot have silly laws and rules, but we should organize the laws and rules in such ways that the country in question is attractive, and that the country we are operating from can be competitive in the ways where we are operating, and we should use any steps in working life to be engaged in national and international systems. And any country has a history, a system, some people and some structures and organizations in such ways that we can live our lives as we want. And the more we know, the less we know. And every movement or engagement you and I take is a matter of which personality we have with psychology and social psychology in our minds, and we cannot be dffierent than the whole literature is telling us, but we are also free to structure and to form the reality.
