The world inventions: The history and the case from the LPs to the CDs!

Today, we are using the most modern technology, and that is the CDs. But we have had earlier modern technology in these old days, and that were days with pleasure and with convenience with the LPs.

In 1948, thanks to CBS, we were introduced to the world's first LP (Long Play) record. Created by Peter Goldmark, this vinyl record had a capacity of around 21 minutes per side and was 12 inches wide, playing at a speed of 33 1/3 RPM. We should always aspire to our best qualities also when doing different inventions. And much is research and development, and every firm everywhere is a reflection of what has been done and why worldwide. LP stands for Long Play, and the idea was that you should have a record player, and you could listen to the music that could be found. And it was much pleasure with convinence with the days that happened before. And every day we had the sun, and the light and darkness to mark the start and the end of days.

So, what happened with the LPs? They were the best evolution of records at the time that they were being in the markets and in the private homes and in the businesses. We could play different melodies, and we could listen to and sometimes we could also dance to the music. Life is perception. To be is to perceive and to be perceived. And we should do our best, and open the channels where we have the oppourtunities due to our competence and our research background. And we should get maximum at all scales, and do actions that are just shining and which are just sparkling. And any school and universities and colleges we are within, should be met with giving the best results ever in history. And research is not just copies, but it is also new contributions in new ways. And we can discuss how new things are. We have known for a long time, that markets exists, and that customers, relationships and people and organizations exist side by side. And we should always adapt ourselves to the appropriate level, since many people we meet do not know what we know. But the courses we have ever learned should be used to win all the competitions that are present!

So, the LPs. What was the problem with them? They had to stand in an open and an outer position. And there was sometimes dust on the plates and notches in the plates. And therefore, the LPs was not the best practical solution we can imagine. We therefore were open for a new technology, and this was the CDs. We need a new solution to the LPs and the open records, and this was a closed and compact solutions. We still have round records, but the CDs was an inner solution, and we could use them even more than the LPs, and the records were not damaged, The first workable digital compact disc device, the precursor on now ubiquitous CD/DVDs, was invented in the late 1960s by the American physicist James Russell. In 1953, Russell earned his Bachelor degree in physics and graduated from Reed College in Portland. Hence, we got this new technology in the late 1960s, and it is always introduction, growth, maturity, and phasing out in the markets. And this is the product development story for every product you can find in businesses and shops.

But, we need a CC-player to play the new disc solution?! Yes, really, and the new CD was invented in 1979. At a time before before online music existed, it became the most sophisticated way to store and play music. On the 25th anniversary of its first public release in 1982, it was estimated that 200 billion CDs had been sold worldwide. So, much has happened in the product history and the product development, and more will even happen later on in history. We are using products that are practical, and which have the best technology of what every man kind or humanity has ever known. And the word CD is an abbreviation for Compact Disc!

CDs and DVDs are a go-to storage in the past decade. I remember that I would go to a music store to choose song to be save in CDs. Nostalgic! Thanks for sharing!
