The world inventions: The case of Burj Khalifa!
In New York, they are claiming the following when building a new buildings. We have these buildings now, and we should make a new, and make it even higher!
Burj Khalifa is the highest building in the world. One trip up in Burj Khalifa is not to forget when we are visiting Dubai. This tower for the future is made in concrete, glass and steel, and it is stretching 828 meters up in the air, and the building is the highest building in the world today. And if the thinking and the brain activities are better and stronger if we get higher and higher, you should be the most intelligent human in the world to have the office highest up there in the air with a wonderful view to different angles.
Are you thinking about where you are working and why, and do you wish to be other places? There are just travelling efforts and agreements that make things happening just as you want them.
The tallest building in Dubai is the Burj Khalifa, which rises 828 meters (2,717 ft) and contains 209 floors. The tower has stood as both the tallest building in the world and the tallest man-made structure of any kind in the world since its completion in January 2010. Empire State Building in New York is high and amazing, but you get even a higher building in Dubai! Empire State Building is consisting of 102 floors, and the building is 381 meters high. The building was finished in the depression period, really in 1931.
So, why do we need skyscrapers? The simple answer: more room for more workers, or in the residential frame, more residents. In line with rising population density, and advancements in engineering, height limits around the world are being revisited and revised to maximise space for commercial and residential growth. Accordingly, we need high buildings to fill the needs, and also for making a structure in the architecture that is exciting. We should be where we want, and we should make good and reflected choices when living in the world, of all choices that are possible to make!
The term about special high buildings is now almost exclusively used about higher buildings than approximately 152,5 meters. In Europe, it is common to use 150 meters as a definition. A building over 300 meters is a super high skyscraper! And no person should define the life for us, but we should use precision and diversity in the freedom we have different places.
In some cities the usable land is very scare, build higher could maximize the land use rate, and we can make research on all the small things and the large things we find on our planet. And either, there is life in something, for instance in humans, in animals and in the oceans, or the object and the landscape is dead!
First, Dubai seemingly has massive land to build the buildings, but actually usable land is rare, the inland desert is too hot for living, they have to build the building in waterfront spaces and building. Therefore, we should build the buildings where it is not too hot, and where we can work and live when being in human nature. Human nature is to use the genes, and every difference between humans is due to the genes and the environments where we have been, and the environments where we have been can be used as platforms to new environments. Skyscrapers can also be beautiful, and they can modernize the cityscape. Landscape, cityscape, townscape, districtscape and servicescape are something we are surrounded around in the world when being alive. Building high buildings have something to do with the respect and the imaginations of which people that have been here in the world ever since!
